What happened when the systems ran.

Three engagements, told with dated measures. Clients stay unnamed per our agreements — the numbers are real records, with their dates attached.

Catalog enrichment

System: Verity

A large home-furnishings retailer made its whole catalog readable.

The problem

Tens of thousands of products had thin or inconsistent descriptions, missing attributes, and images without usable alt text — a catalog too large for manual editorial work.

What we built

An enrichment pipeline that turns product evidence into structured attributes, per-product editorial stories, and image alt text — applied in reviewed batches, then verified by reading the catalog back.

What happened

  • 31,460 editorial stories applied to the live catalog — August 6–7 processing records
  • 31,347 attribute rows applied in the same window
  • 85,032 image-alt matches verified by exact readback

What we don't claim

These are processing measures, not ranking or revenue claims. We don't attribute traffic or sales movement to this work without the client's analytics in hand.

Customer reactivation

System: Echo

A large-catalog commerce brand restarted conversations with past customers.

The problem

A large list of past customers was going unused. The team needed outreach that respected consent, eligibility, and frequency — not a blast tool.

What we built

An audience engine that turns plain-English requests into validated rules, re-checks eligibility before every send, and holds every batch for human approval.

What happened

  • 9,911 unique provider-accepted messages — September 15 record
  • 8,605 delivered in a later campaign-linked snapshot
  • 93 staff-reviewed delivery-upgrade drafts sent — September 30

What we don't claim

Acceptance and delivery are provider records, not revenue attribution. Conversion impact is the client's number to share, not ours to invent.

Phone support

System: Switchboard

A retailer's phone line now opens with the customer's history already up.

The problem

Phone support started every call cold — no order context, no record of what was said, no way for staff to step into an automated conversation without it feeling broken.

What we built

A voice layer connected to verified customer and order records: live transcription with speaker labels, a dashboard joining calls to customer context, and a clean human takeover at any moment.

What happened

  • Deployed and in operational use
  • Every call stored as a searchable, speaker-labelled record
  • Staff takeover preserves full conversation state

What we don't claim

We don't publish call-volume or handle-time figures for this system — we don't have a verified measure, so there's no number here.
